Coaching sessions offered through Disparate Elements are comprehensive programs. By purchasing any consultation session or coaching program from this Site, you agree to the following:
- I understand that the coaches affiliated with Disparate Elements are not licensed therapists, psychologists, legal experts, or healthcare practitioners. They offer coaching solely as self-help educators.
- Information shared through Disparate Elements coaches should not be construed as medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment or medications. I acknowledge that Disparate Elements recommends working with my primary caregiver for any medical or mental health conditions.
- I understand that all information I share with Disparate Elements is treated as confidential. No information will be released to any third party without my express written consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., court orders, subpoenas) or if Disparate Elements determines there is an imminent threat of serious injury to myself or others.
- I understand that Disparate Elements has a 48-hour cancellation policy and agree to pay for any booked sessions that have not been canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
- I agree to take complete responsibility for my comfort, health, and well-being while working with Disparate Elements.
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of disparateelements.net (the “Site”) and any services provided by Disparate Elements, LLC (the “Company”).
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site and its services immediately.
1. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any legal matters arising from your use of the Site or services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid under any applicable law, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or engage with services offered by Disparate Elements.
3. Disclaimer of Medical & Psychological Advice
- Any information, coaching, or techniques offered through this Site or the Company are not medical or psychological advice.
- Disparate Elements does not diagnose illness, prescribe medication, or provide medical treatment.
- Any reliance on information provided by the Company is at your own risk. If you believe you require medical or psychological care, you should consult a licensed professional.
4. No Guarantees of Outcomes
Coaching results vary by individual. Disparate Elements makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, improvements, or achievements. Coaching is designed to support personal and professional growth, but results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors beyond our control.
5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
- You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Disparate Elements, its employees, contractors, and affiliates against any claim for injury, loss, or damages arising from the use of this Site or services.
- This includes any incidental or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Site or services provided by the Company.
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Site and its offerings.
6. Testimonials & Third-Party References
The Site may feature testimonials and references to external products, services, or providers. These do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of a given outcome. The Company has no affiliation and makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness or veracity of any third-party service or resource.
7. Revisions to Terms of Use
These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time. You are bound by any such revisions and should periodically visit this page to review the current Terms.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available only for pre-paid coaching packages or individual sessions if:
- The cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- The session or package has not been partially or fully used.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Payments made for completed sessions or services already rendered.
- Any digital products, downloadable materials, or resources provided in the coaching package or on the website.
Requesting a Refund:
- Email info@disparateelements.net with your full name, payment details, and reason for the request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
2. Cancellation Policy
For Individual Sessions:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
For Subscriptions & Multi-Session Packages:
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are only available if cancellation is requested within the first 14 days and no sessions have been used.
- Multi-session packages are eligible for a prorated refund based on the number of unused sessions, provided they are canceled within the package’s validity period.

3. Fulfillment of Services
Scheduling & Delivery:
- All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through email, chat, or the online booking system.
- Sessions will be delivered via video conferencing or in-person, as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Technical Issues:
- If technical issues occur during a session, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
Customer Responsibilities:
- It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the scheduled time and provide accurate contact details for session delivery.
